Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the Google CCAI Platform and a strong background in the Hi-Tech and ISV domains. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive our companys success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement advanced solutions using the Google CCAI Platform to enhance business processes and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing timely and effective solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain code quality and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process and deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements translating them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of applications by conducting thorough testing and performance optimization.
  • Document technical designs processes and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering projects on time and within budget positively impacting business outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users ensuring seamless integration and operation of developed solutions.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in software development.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of the Google CCAI Platform and its application in developing intelligent solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Hi-Tech and ISV domains with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
