Job Description
Responsibilities
Implement portfolio management systems mainly APX, Moxy & Tradex.
Analyzing customer's business and technical requirements.
Analyze integration points in client workflows and Advent products based on their business needs.
Document custom requirements and writing specifications to build solutions and/or customize and integrate vendor platform solutions.
Installing, upgrading and troubleshooting Advent products.
Build and facilitate UAT scripts for both new and existing solutions as needed.
Create custom solutions using a combination of advanced SQL Queries for automating business workflow.
Develop custom reports using Microsoft SSRS technology.
Act as a liaison between the firm and central IT.
Working with internal and external technology vendors to resolve production and support issuesEducation/Experience
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in supporting Advent systems APX, Moxy & Tradex.
Tireless work ethics with working long hours and weekends.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experiences with SQL, (SSIS/SSRS developing stored procedures and functions).
Hands on experience on Advent systems APX & Moxy.
Applicant should have experience with CRM data management and integration.
4 years degree or equivalent experience.
