Job Title: Sales Head – Induction Sealing WAD / Aluminium Foils (Packaging Material)
Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting to: Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead the growth and expansion of our Induction Sealing WAD solutions for packaging materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, building client relationships, exploring new markets, and positioning the company as a preferred supplier of induction sealing products in the packaging industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute the sales strategy for induction sealing WAD & Aluminium Foil products, targeting both existing and new markets.
- Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, customer segments, and geographic markets. Establish partnerships and collaborations that align with company goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and improve performance. Recruit and develop talent as necessary.
- Market Intelligence:
Analyse market trends, customer feedback, competitor activity, and industry developments. Provide actionable insights for product development and positioning.
- Forecasting & Reporting:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. Track KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Pricing & Negotiation:
Collaborate with the pricing, operations, and product teams to create competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Lead negotiations with major clients.
- Compliance & Quality:
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience in packaging materials, preferably induction sealing, caps, closures, or related products.
- Proven experience in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the packaging industry, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel as needed and work across multiple regions.
- Results-driven mindset with strategic planning capabilities.
