Position: Sales Manager – High-Speed Stamping Press

Location:
New Delhi (Full-Time, On-Site)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of high-speed stamping presses across the Indian market.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from
    lead generation and technical discussions to final order closing
    .
  • Collaborate with the service and technical team to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support.
  • Prepare and execute
    sales strategies, forecasts, and market development plans
    .
  • Conduct regular
    market research and competitor analysis
    to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Represent NemoIn and Nidec brands at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Ensure
    customer satisfaction and retention
    by addressing requirements with professionalism and speed.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in
    capital equipment sales
    (preferably presses, stamping, or related manufacturing machinery).
  • Strong background in
    client relationship management
    with decision-makers in automotive, electronics, or precision stamping industries.
  • Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    .
  • Ability to
    analyze market trends
    and build effective sales strategies.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to
    travel extensively
    for client meetings and industry networking.
  • Engineering degree
    in Mechanical, Production, or related fields preferred.
  • Prior experience in
    high-speed press or stamping industry
    will be an advantage.
