Role Summary:
Looking for a Floor Manager for one of the Luxury Home decor brand. Someone with 5+yrs of experience in retail.
Retail Operations:
- Taking ownership and meeting all designated category targets and sales goals on the sales floor, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Attaining and sustaining healthy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Order Value (AOV), Average Basket Size (ABS), billing frequency, while providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to business teams to drive solutions for growth
Customer Experience:
- Continuously strive to enhance the overall floor service experience
- Understanding customer needs and suggesting products by mapping customer personality, occasion, and requirement
- Responsible for all categories floor VM and displays ( set-up, mix & match, and quantity) and their regular upkeep
- Understand, own, and drive the Cerise Loyalty Program on the floor along with the Team
Floor Operations & VM:
- Work closely with shop operations to drive hygiene and experience on the floor
- Monitoring inventory levels across all product categories, fulfilling requisitions based on customer purchases, and guaranteeing ample stock availability on the sales floor
- Collaborating closely with the Inventory and Warehouse teams to ensure that stock is available for the required categories on the sales floor.
- Responsible for all categories floor VM and displays (set-up, mix & match, and quantity) and their regular upkeep
Team & Collaboration:
- Work closely with all floor team members to optimize the performance and enhance skill sets
- Collaborate & maintain good rapport with backend business and marketing team
- Making sure that all HR policies & compliances, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed, and ensuring that the atmosphere on the floor aligns with brand guidelines
