Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Student Mobilization:

  • Identify and reach out to potential students through various channels (online/offline).
  • Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, communities, coaching centers, etc.
  • Collaborate with local NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders for outreach.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, awareness drives, roadshows, and seminars.

Counseling & Conversion:

  • Counsel prospective students and parents on course offerings, admission process, and career pathways.
  • Follow up on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, etc., and maintain a proper lead funnel.
  • Convert leads into admissions by effectively communicating the value proposition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,015.46 per month
