Job Summary:

Looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Lead to manage end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of the Performance & Goal Management modules, ensuring alignment with organizational HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PMGM module implementation and configuration.
  • Gather business requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Manage templates, route maps, permissions, and appraisal cycles.
  • Coordinate UAT, training, and stakeholder communication.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of SAP SF experience (3+ in PMGM).
  • SAP SF PMGM certification preferred.
  • Strong HR process knowledge and configuration expertise.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to EC/Compensation modules is a plus.
