Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing EdTech team. The candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, networking, and referrals.
  • Reach out to potential students/parents/professionals and explain product offerings, courses, and learning solutions.
  • Conduct counseling sessions (via phone, video, or in-person) to understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement sales strategies.
  • Keep track of competition, industry trends, and learner feedback to suggest improvements.
  • Update CRM systems with leads, pipeline status, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with phone/video-based counseling and online product demonstrations.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹26,000.00 per month
