We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
HR Operations – Finance professional
to manage end-to-end HR operational activities. The role involves handling timesheets, payroll, compliance, employee life-cycle activities, and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support
talent sourcing
and recruitment activities when required. - Prepare and issue
offer letters
for selected candidates. - Coordinate and oversee
background verification checks
via 3rd party - Conduct
induction and onboarding sessions
for new hires. - Manage and track
employee timesheets
and ensure timely submissions. - Maintain accurate
attendance records
. - Facilitate
exit formalities
and full & final settlements. - Address
employee grievances
and support resolution. - Manage
payroll processing
with accuracy and timeliness. - Oversee day-to-day
HR operations and compliance management
. - Maintain records and track
asset allocation
to employees.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Human Resources, Finance, or related field
. - Proven experience in
HR Operations / Payroll / Compliance
. - Strong knowledge of
HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in
MS Office / HRMS tools
. - Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
