Role Overview:

We're looking for someone who can own the day-to-day manufacturing unit operations. This role is at the heart of Origgo's Growth—getting fresh daily essentials to our customers across all channels.

Job Description:

  • Lead daily operations across packing, receiving, dispatch, and delivery functions.
  • Supervise and align shift managers, warehouse staff, and delivery teams for smooth execution.
  • Collaborate with the MIS team to track orders, monitor manpower, and report on key operational metrics.
  • Drive adherence to SLAs for inventory movement, turnaround times, and delivery success rates.
  • Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with SOPs across the DC.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Report daily KPIs and operational dashboards to the City Head.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • Experience: Freshers or 1-3 years
