Job Position: Executive - Operations (QCN)

Experience:**
3 to 5 years

Location:
Mylapore, Chennai

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Execute advertising schedules as per client orders, ensuring timely and accurate placement of ads across various platforms
  • Generate invoices accurately and promptly, maintaining a record of all financial transactions related to Ads
  • Monitor and track the progress of advertising orders, making adjustments as necessary to meet campaign objectives
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage and streamline ad operations processes
  • Maintain and analyze data using MS Excel to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing ad campaigns
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, especially during peak advertising seasons or big occasions
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and creative departments, to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Maintain open and clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to promptly address inquiries and resolve issues
