About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Buisness Development Associate to join our Edtech team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and effective communicator who thrives in collaborative environments. You will be instrumental in identifying growth oppurtunities, nurturing relationships, and supporting buisness expansion initiatives.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to work at the intersection of stratergy, partnerships, and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective partners through research, outreach, and follow-ups.

Manage and strengthen relationships with current stakeholders through consistent communication.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop client proposals, presentations, and partnerships decks.

Support lead generation and qualification efforts through research and CRM updates.

Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging oppurtunities in target markets.

Track and report key buisness development metrics to leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualities

0-1 years of expierence in business development, partnerships, or sales.

Prior exposure to B2B outreach, proposal writing, or lead generation.

A collaborative mindset with the ability to take initiative and think creatively.
