Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
with prior experience in the
CCTV or Electronic Industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires leadership qualities, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in CCTV/Electronic products.
  • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Generate leads through networking, exhibitions, references, and market research.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution of projects and after-sales service.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in Sales Management, preferably in CCTV, Security Systems, or Electronics Industry.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV, Access Control, Networking, or related electronic security solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development.
