Business Development Manager / Account Manager - US Staffing (Night Shift | Noida Onsite)

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) US IT Staffing to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and collaborate closely with our technical recruiting team to deliver top-quality IT talent across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Generation: Drive new business in the US IT Staffing market through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking.
  • Client & Vendor Management: Build long-term relationships with MSPs, direct clients, and Tier-1 vendors to expand our client base.
  • Talent Delivery Coordination: Understand client hiring needs and work closely with recruiters to source and close IT positions efficiently.
  • Client Engagement: Participate in virtual meetings, presentations, and US industry events to represent our staffing capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / BCA / MCA / M.Tech or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing Sales / Business Development is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of US hiring models: W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp (C2C).
  • Experience hiring or coordinating recruitment for US Citizens, Green Cards, H1B, OPT, EAD, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with major US job portals: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn.
  • Proficient with ATS/CRM platforms like Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, etc.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly self-driven, goal-focused, and comfortable working independently in US EST time zone.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Strong understanding of technical skills and IT/software domains.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (US EST).
  • Exceptional spoken and written English.
