Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee grievances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive/HR Generalist (Freshers with internship experience may also apply if applicable).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
