Excellent written and oral communication skills

Sales experience is preferredand the selling of product or serviced the tender

A tele sales or telemarketing executive works in a inbound and outbound calling to make sales for the company.

Good communication and interpersonal skills,

Use their telesales executive skills to reach out to the target audience

Ensure the sale of the company’s offerings through the telephone

Act as a representative of the company and help customers with their queries

Develop and foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Update customers regarding the services and guide them toward what would suit their needs as a telemarketing executive

Meet monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques
