Tele-Sales Executive

Enersol Solutions is seeking a full-time Tele-Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role will involve generating leads for our solar energy solutions to potential clients through telephone calls and other remote techniques. Additionally, the Tele-Sales Executive will communicate with clients to understand their needs, suggest suitable options, and ensure prospective lead generation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize tele calling or telemarketing experience, preferably in the solar energy or related fields.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively explain company services and products.
- Proactively generate leads and follow up on them.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all telephonic interactions in the data sheet.
- Actively communicate with clients to generate leads and provide positive leads for conversion to our sales team.
- Generate promising leads and continue follow-ups with clients and sales personnel to facilitate sales resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in tele calling or telemarketing, preferably in the solar energy industry or a related field.
- Proficient communication skills to articulate company services and products effectively.
- Analytical mind-set for interpreting data.
- Self-motivated with a focus on lead generation and follow-up.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of telephonic interactions.
- Proactive communication with clients to generate and convert leads into sales opportunities.

**Location**: Ahmedabad, India

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
