Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development professional to drive new business acquisition through structured sales processes and cross-functional collaboration. The role involves lead generation, contract review, client coordination, and support during project rollout to ensure smooth transition and timely revenue realization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business leads and convert them into new clients.
- Handle client inquiries, submit proposals, and negotiate terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project rollout and ensure payments for the first three months.
- Review and finalize commercial contracts and communicate client requirements internally.
- Prepare and present MIS reports; analyze market trends and customer data.
- Contribute to the Strategic Marketing Plan and BMS process implementation.
- Participate in risk assessment, process improvements, and compliance activities.
- Engage in self-development through industry research, training, and SWOT analysis.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Understanding of sales processes, B2B marketing, and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
