Job Description

We are looking for a qualified
QA/QC Civil Engineer
with
4+ years of experience
in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all construction works, materials, and workmanship comply with approved drawings, project specifications, industry codes, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, implement, and monitor QA/QC plans, inspection checklists, and quality procedures.
  • Conduct inspections of civil works (concrete, masonry, finishes, ID works, MEP etc.) to ensure compliance.
  • Review and approve material submittals, method statements, test reports, and ensure compliance before execution.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for inspections and quality approvals.
  • Issue and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and maintain quality records.
  • Verify third-party testing and ensure calibration of construction equipment.
  • Support internal and external audits to maintain QA standards.
  • Ensure HSE requirements are adhered to during all QA/QC activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction QA/QC procedures, codes, and standards (IS, ASTM, BS, etc.).
  • Excellent reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Certification in QA/QC or ISO standards will be an added advantage.
