General Manager Sales Electronics

Role Description
- Lead and manage Pan-India operations of the business (sales, distribution, service, marketing)
- Set and drive revenue, margin, market-share targets across multiple channels (modern trade, retail, e-commerce, direct, distributor)
- Develop annual business plan: product/territory/channel strategy like budget, rollout, launches
- Manage P&L, cost optimisation, forecasting, budgeting
- Build & lead national teams, manage distributors/dealers, service network
- Monitor market trends, competition, consumer insights, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Cross-functional coordination: marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, service, finance
- Ensure brand building, product portfolio management, innovation adoption
- Quality, regulatory, compliance oversight (especially for appliances)
- Possibly new business/channel development (exports, after-sales, digital transformation)
