We are seeking a dynamic **Sales Representative** to drive growth across both our brands. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for someone who can effectively manage B2B relationships, close sales, and ensure client satisfaction in both the plasticware and electronics industries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients for both POSH Plasticware and Rustagi Electronics.
- Regularly visit retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade channels.
- Demonstrate products, share samples, and conduct product training sessions with prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
- Collect market feedback on pricing, competitors, and new trends.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for both brands.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in either kitchenware, plastic products, FMCG, or electronics is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Vehicle and smartphone preferred.
