Qualifications and Skills
- Significant experience as a data engineer with expertise in managing and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in Apache Kafka for building real-time data pipelines and streaming applications (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, showcasing the ability to manage and deploy scalable infrastructure (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of guiding and empowering engineering teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong technical acumen, with a deep understanding of current engineering practices and technologies.
- Proven track record of successful team building and talent management, fostering a collaborative team environment.
