What are your contributions to the team?
  • Ensure that all manufacturing processes are respected.
  • Ensure the correct flow and management of non-conforming material.
  • Support new improvement projects within your area of control.
  • Participate in Lean activities. (e.g. Kaizen)
  • Ensure the conformity of the product and processes, in accordance with our established standards and regulations.
  • Support problem solving activities to eliminate non-conformances reported by our customers.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • You have 3 years experience in Manufacturing (Aviation, Automotive or related).
  • You have an intermediate English level (reading, writing and speaking).
  • You have problem solving skills, continuous improvement tools, as well as quality core tools.
  • You have knowledge and management of measuring equipment and instruments (length, weight, torque, roughness), as well as interpretation of drawings and GD&T.
  • You have knowledge and management of Quality Control Systems.
  • You have experience in planning and executing new projects in a multi-functional group.
