What are your contributions to the team?
  • Perform daily reporting of non-conformities originating from both suppliers and customers, contributing to the preparation of weekly and monthly defect reports for the production lines across the various units at the Quertaro site.
  • Assist in investigations and problem-solving related to customer and supplier issues, ensuring alignment with engineering drawing specifications.
  • Support the management of documentation related to customer and supplier claims.
  • Assist in handling non-conformity reports submitted by customers.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • You possess an intermediate to advanced level of English, capable of engaging in technical and business conversations. (Desirable)
  • You have experience in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, and ideally, in using measurement tools.
  • You are proficient in office software packages, with desirable knowledge in Power BI, ERP systems (such as SAP), and programming.
