Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, proposal and administration of NPP Research area budget and CAPEX and contribute in strategic agenda to reach the company goals
  • Ensure the attention of technical and strategic necessities of customers related with NPP products, training and capacitation
  • Assure the continuous innovation and delivery of new NPP products, processes and solutions
  • Ensure the optimal and efficient performance of the team, focus in results and go to market vision of the research team

Experience: 5 years of experience in R&D management, knowledge of regulatory procedures - product registration, chemical, biochemical, and biotechnological manufacturing processes, plant physiology and nutrition, organic and inorganic chemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology, quality, and supply.
