Education: Bachelors / Masters in Software Engineering

Primary Responsibilities:

  • You will be an integral member in the design, analysis, development and deployment efforts for multiple enterprise application projects to solve complex business problems.
  • You will produce scalable, flexible, efficient and supportable solutions using appropriate technologies like Golang or any other programming language.
  • You will Collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, Testers and Production Support engineers in an agile development environment.
  • You will improve the systems by integrating existing solutions and building new technology.

Required Skill:

  • Strong proficiency with Golang.
  • Strong proven experience with Golang(5+ Years of Experience).
  • Strong knowledge of LLD and HLD.
  • Experience building and scaling applications using Golang and writing unit test cases.
  • Strong proficiency working with RDBMS and NoSQL data stores.
  • Built an application having at least 1 Million hits/day from scratch.
  • Experience with designing and architecting applications from scratch.
  • Experience with reviewing code, writing libraries, and managing a team.
  • Can understand fintech business and architect applications.
  • Event-driven and Microservices architectures; Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and concurrency.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and mentor junior developers.
  • Previous experience in managing and leading a team is preferred.
  • Experience with design patterns.
  • Experience with writing clean and self-documented code.
  • Experience with implementing run-time architecture services (caching, logging, etc.).
  • Experience with Test Driven Development is a plus.
  • Experience in taking ownership of end to end delivery of products.
  • Experience using Containers - Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience working in AWS Cloud Environment.
  • Experience with Domain Driven Design.
  • Experience with fintech is a plus.
