Exciting Job Opening: Team Leader – Sales (Referral & Corporate Sales)
We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead our Referral & Corporate Sales vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive referral and corporate business growth.
- Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, TPA, wellness partners, and referring doctors.
- Manage a team of sales executives; assign targets, monitor performance, and ensure goal achievement.
- Organize corporate health camps, wellness programs, and tie-ups with organizations.
- Maintain an active database of leads, follow up regularly, and ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure excellent client service and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Management (MBA preferred).
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare/corporate sales or referral marketing.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Strong understanding of the hospital sales ecosystem and local healthcare market.
