Senior Accounts Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Head (Intern CA/ICWA) to lead all financial, accounting, and compliance functions, including GST, TDS, MCA filings, audits, and inter-company transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of statutory compliance and hands-on experience with day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations
- Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliation
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis
Compliance Management
- GST Compliance return filing, reconciliation, tracking input credit
- TDS Compliance – deduction, return filing, challans, certificates
- MCA Compliance – forms filing, annual returns, board resolutions
- Audit Compliance – coordinate statutory, internal & tax audits
- LLP/Partnership Compliance – agreement updates, filings, accounting records
Banking & Finance Tasks
- Coordinate with banks for OD/CC limits, documentation, and loan processes
- Handle vendor payments, online banking, and fund management
- Coordinate with management for budgeting and forecasting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Intern CA / ICWA (Mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
