Senior Global Finance & Treasury Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to support our global finance team in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful forecasting, strategic budgeting, and tax compliance. You will oversee the organization's treasury operations, ensuring optimal liquidity, financial risk management, and capital structure to support strategic growth. This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to contribute to a dynamic, international, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial & Treasury Oversight: Deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful forecasting, strategic budgeting, and ensure robust tax compliance support. Oversee treasury operations to maintain optimal liquidity and manage financial risk.
  • Reporting Standards: Ensure all financial reports adhere to global standards, including IFRS/GAAP.
  • Leadership & Review: Manage and mentor a minimum of 3 team members, providing support and conducting thorough reviews of work products before they are sent to clients or external parties.
  • Client Communication: Maintain direct communication with clients and external parties (auditors, vendors) and be capable of drafting all types of professional emails and correspondence.
  • Strategic Support: Work closely with the CFO and the global team to support financial decision-making, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Process Management: Work on complex tasks within the department and maintain a good understanding of all departmental processes and internal/external auditing requirements.
  • Workflow Efficiency: Demonstrate the skill to effectively juggle multiple workflows and priorities while working with utmost efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: ACCA / CA Dropout / CMA.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the KPO Accounting industry.
  • Software Proficiency: Proven experience with international accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks (QB), MYOB, NetSuite, and other third-party applications.
  • Foundation: Good academic track record and a strong, fundamental understanding of Accounting concepts.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of Global Financial Reporting (IFRS/GAAP), Tax Compliance, Budgeting, Cashflow Forecasting, and Financial Report Analysis.
  • Analytical: Excellent grasping and analytical skills, especially for complex tasks.
  • Software Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory.
  • Personal Drive: Self-motivated go-getter with the ability to work with utmost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communication: Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely and effectively with a diverse global team.

Job Location, Work Timings, and Work Model

  • Location: Gandhinagar (Gift City)
  • Office Timings: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (Monday to Saturday-1st, 3rd & 5th Sat Off )
  • Work Model: Office-based.
