Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    day-to-day accounting operations
    , including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Handle
    credit notes, debit notes
    , and ensure proper documentation and entries.
  • Prepare and file
    GST returns (R1, R2, 3B)
    accurately and on time.
  • Manage
    TDS deduction, payment, and return filing
    .
  • Perform
    bank reconciliations
    and maintain updated financial records.
  • Oversee
    accounts payable/receivable
    , vendor management, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain records for
    trading and B2C transactions
    in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support preparation of
    financial statements
    , monthly reports, and cash flow analysis.
  • Coordinate with auditors and management for internal and statutory audits.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Commerce, or Finance
    (CA Inter/Final preferred but not mandatory).
  • 2–5 years
    of hands-on accounting experience (experience in trading or B2C businesses preferred).
  • Proficiency in
    Tally ERP, MS Excel
    , and accounting principles.
  • Strong knowledge of
    GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation processes
    .
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
