Job Title: Senior Accountant – Global Finance Operations Location: Gandhinagar (GIFT City)Work Timings: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Saturday-1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays Off)Work Model: On-siteJob Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic global finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in delivering accurate financial reporting, strategic budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and tax compliance, while also overseeing treasury operations to ensure optimal liquidity and financial risk management. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional seeking to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review global financial reports in compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.Lead budgeting , cash flow forecasting , and financial planning activities.Manage treasury operations, including liquidity, capital structure, and risk management.Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance and support audits as required.Communicate directly with clients and external parties on financial matters.Draft and respond to internal and external email communications professionally.Oversee and review work from a team of minimum 3 accountants , providing guidance and support.Handle complex accounting tasks and multiple workflows efficiently.Demonstrate a strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and auditing standards .Key Skills Required:Expertise in International Financial Reporting (IFRS/GAAP)Budgeting , Cash Flow Management , and Financial AnalysisStrong understanding of Tax Compliance and related regulationsProficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reportingEffective team leadership and workflow management skillsStrong analytical , communication , and organizational abilitiesExperience in handling client communications directlyQualifications & Experience:ACCA / CA Dropout / CMA3–5 years of experience in the KPO Accounting industryProficiency in international accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, NetSuite , and other third-party platformsStrong academic background with a solid understanding of core accounting principlesSelf-motivated and quality-driven professional with a keen eye for detailCapable of reviewing team outputs to ensure client deliverables are error-freePerks:Opportunity to work in an international environmentFast-paced, growth-oriented cultureLeadership exposure and responsibility early on
