Company Description

Square Yards is a full-stack proptech platform that operates across the entire consumer journey from search and discovery to transactions, mortgages, home furnishings, rentals, and property management. It facilitates over 15,000 transactions worth over $1 billion annually. Square Yards has successfully expanded to global markets including the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Leveraging data analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to transform the traditional marketplace ecosystem and build the first MLS in India. The platform also includes B2C offerings like Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital, which are scaling to become category leaders.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Bengaluru with 5 days of working .The Sales Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about properties, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the proptech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or in any field
