As a
Market Advisor (Site Specialist)

, you'll be the face of Propsoch on the ground—guiding homebuyers through their property visits, offering unbiased insights, and helping them decode what truly matters. Your presence at the site is key to delivering a calm, confident, and informed buying experience.

Your core duties in this job are…

  • Lead Property Walkthroughs: Coordinate and conduct project site visits across Mumbai, ensuring a smooth and informative experience for buyers.
  • Simplify Complex Details: Break down brochures, floor plans, and builder offerings into clear, actionable advice.
  • Gather Market Intelligence: Observe site conditions, inventory, and builder interactions; share real-time updates with our advisory team.
  • Client Confidence: Help homebuyers feel informed and assured while making critical decisions.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

What makes you a great fit…

  • Experience:

0–2 years in client-facing roles (sales, consulting, or real estate preferred).
- Location:

Based in Mumbai and comfortable with daily on-ground travel.
- Mindset:
