Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budget.
  • Research and recommend suitable holiday destinations, accommodation, transport options, and activities.
  • Prepare customized holiday packages and quotations.
  • Handle bookings, reservations, and ticketing for flights, hotels, tours, and other services.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information.
  • Provide after-sales support, including travel insurance assistance, itinerary changes, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain client records and ensure repeat business through relationship management.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's performance goals.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, tour operators, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
