Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, handling statutory compliance, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

 Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger, sales, purchases,

receipts, and payments.

 Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho

Books, QuickBooks, or SAP).

 Reconcile bank statements, Sales, Purchase, Receipts & Payments and monitor cash flow.

 Assist in the preparation of financial statements, Budgeting, Analysis and MIS reports.

 Handle accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) functions.

 Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and income tax.

 Prepare and file GST, PT, PF, ESI & TDS returns.

 Coordinate with auditors, Clients & Vendors.

Knowledge about Payroll:

 Coordinate with HR monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with

applicable labor laws.

 Coordinate With HR to Maintain employee records including attendance, leave balances, salary

structure, deductions, etc.

 Generate salary slips, Form 16, and payroll-related reports.-N/A

 Calculate and process statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).

 Coordinate with HR and finance teams for payroll inputs and employee queries.

 Ensure timely payment of salaries and statutory remittances.

Requirements
:

 Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

 Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and payroll processing.

 Hands-on experience with payroll software and accounting tools like Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or

QuickBooks.

 Sound knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS) and labor laws related to payroll (PT, PF,

ESI, etc.).

 Strong proficiency in MS office.

 Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience in [industry-specific, e.g., IT, manufacturing, services, etc.].

 Familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, Keka).

 CA Inter or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
