- Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional from the Healthcare, wound care, Medical Device & Surgical sector to lead our Sales and Marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, preferably with exposure to wound care products such as NPWT devices, dressings, or advanced wound care solutions.
You will be responsible for developing and executing our sales and marketing strategy, analyzing sales performance, and expanding our presence in the wound care market.
Responsibilities
· Sales and Promotion: Market and sell wound care products to healthcare professionals, clinics, physician practices and facilities, leveraging personal networks and industry connections.
· Identify market opportunities / Market Analysis, assess client needs, and tailor product offerings
to meet specific demands in the wound care field.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for the wound care segment.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for NPWT and wound care products.
- Monitor sales performance and report on market trends.
- Drive business growth by collaborating with clinical teams, Doctors ,Hospitals, Stockets & distributors.
- Identify new market opportunities within hospitals, wound care centres, and clinics.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking and reporting sales activities.
- Achieve personal sales targets, incorporating a comprehensive range of products/services within identified markets.
- Contribute to major promotions, new product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to junior sales professionals as needed.
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports to Corporate Office
- Independently prepare compelling sales presentations.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our medical devices and achieve sales targets in the assigned State/ territory.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities, including Physicians, surgeons, Nursing Team,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Bsc /Msc /Sciences, Pharma, Biomedical, or related field.
- 5 -10 years of experience in Wound care/ Medical device sales.
- Proven experience with hospital sales and B2B/B2C healthcare clients.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Advanced Wound Care product knowledge, disease knowledge, and therapy awareness.
· Compensation:
- Salary Range: 7 LPA (based on experience & profile)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
