Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.
What this job involves:
Strategic Direction
Do you see yourself as a strategic thinker? In this role, you will be the driving force behind us managing and growing our business in the healthcare space. Mirroring our own, your core values, vision and strategies will influence a culture of excellence through the healthcare business. Included in this will be the creation and implementation of innovative and forward thinking business plans that account for market differentials across the Healthcare PDS India landscape.
You will have the ability, and understand the necessity, to collaborate and work with leaders of business lines outside the immediate confines of PDS to promote the "One JLL" ethos that sets our clients' needs first. This will require you to gain an understanding of the wider organisation quickly and promote your own corporate profile.
Financial Accountability
Do you own your P&L? Our business leaders are responsible for the financial management of the respective spans within their business lines. In this role, you will be responsible for P&L for our healthcare sector in PDS India, comprising Project Management, Construction Management, Design, and Design and Build products.
Dynamic Leadership
Are you a dynamic leader? Can you galvanise and drive a diverse workforce to ensure success? Our leaders drive from the front and have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, encourage interaction and champion best practice. They are subject matter experts that strive to hit high personal, ethical and business standards. This includes taking full accountability for the performance of their teams and projects. You will utilise your passion for service excellence to drive the business forward.
Additionally, you will be a change leader within the PDS India business, integrating a workforce spread across several different healthcare projects and transforming them into a successful and high performing unit.
Creating lasting client relationships
This role asks the question "How can I contribute even more to the company's growth?" You'll do this by establishing strong business relationships with our clients. To build lasting connection with our clients, you'll identify and work around their needs and constraints. Additionally, you'll be in charge of retaining new business contacts and repeat businesses from healthcare clients within an agreed time period.
Corporate Governance, Compliance and Ethics
Corporate governance is part of our bedrock. This will come naturally to you, too. Your passion for structure and process integrity will support the implementation of a robust risk and financial management framework. Driving from the top, you will ensure your team is equally passionate about governance. Ethical excellence is one of our core values that must never be compromised. You will share the firm-wide view that this is representative of our Corporate DNA.
Developing the Future
Does new business light a fire in you? We, too, are just as passionate about growing our portfolio Our leaders are experts in identifying opportunities that complement not just their own but our other business lines as well. Your expansive network of business contacts across the healthcare sector in India will help you identify and convert new opportunities to ensure our growth is in line with set targets.
Digitising the Project & being a lead on Sustainability
Do you embrace technology and sustainability? Do you recognise the importance of a robust suite of technology products? You'll be responsible for driving and leading an agile approach to technology & sustainability to meet our client's need for the 'future of work' in project management.
