Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote the academy's programs and courses.
  • Respond to inquiries from leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about courses, admission procedures, fee structures, and other academy-related queries.
  • Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments or campus visits for interested candidates.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for smooth processing of student enrollment.
  • Handle basic grievances or redirect calls to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
