Akash Steel Crafts Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed stainless steel pipes and tubes manufacturing company with a strong presence across India and overseas. We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-spoken Female Telecaller to join our sales coordination team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company products.
  • Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Follow up with leads, quotations, and ongoing client communications.
  • Maintain call logs, client records, and daily reporting in an organized manner.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams for smooth execution of orders.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Pleasant voice, confident personality, and strong telephone etiquette.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or client coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
