**Introduction**
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team in Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, has a persuasive personality, and wants to grow in the field of sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads
- Clearly explain and promote the company’s products or services
- Follow up with leads to close sales and meet targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals

**Required Qualifications**
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales or outbound calling
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Fluency in regional languages such as Marathi or Gujarati
- Experience in B2B or product-based telesales

**Work Schedule**
- Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM
- Sunday is a fixed weekly off
