'Product success' role is about?
If you have heard of data/product analytics, that's half part of the role. Plus, you'll be at the
centre of action
, turning raw data into decisions, powering growth campaigns, running communication loops, and influencing product strategies. So, this is
not
a passive
data role.

Note:
This is
not
a product associate or management role.

What we are looking for?
We are hiring a smart, analytical, and execution-driven intern to work closely with the founding team at intersection of data, growth and product.

You Must Already

  • Have solid hold on - SQL, Excel
  • Have made dashboards on Posthog/Mixpanel
  • Love data and taking actions on them.
  • Own the problem and enjoy working with cross-functional teams
  • Are empathetic and thoughtful in communication - communication is the key
  • Have AI-first approach — whether writing complex SQL using chatgpt or building quick dashboard on lovable.
  • Bonus — basic knowledge of Javascript/Python, so you can navigate your way around Retool/Appsmith functions.

What You'll Do

  • Build dashboards on PostHog and Retool
  • Analyse funnels, campaigns, and user behaviour empowering teams to make data-led decisions.
  • Actively work on improving metrics(retention, conversion, etc) across product and growth teams
  • Own communication with students: including cohort creation → to Meta setup → to post-campaign analysis

We have 1 full-time position opened as well, for some who is highly motivated and performant person who just fits in our culture. And if your graduation year is 2025, your internship period will be upto 3 months, and then you will be considered for conversion.
