The Ronald McDonald House Charities Foundation India (RMHC India) provides care centres, care rooms, and care houses for families in need, both within and outside of hospitals and medical centres, completely free of charge. The mission of RMHC is to create, find, and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and their families. Our vision is to have a world where all children have access to medical care and their families are supported and actively involved in their children's care.

Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesA. Fundraising Strategy & Revenue GenerationResearch, identify, and connect with a wide range of potential funding sources, including corporates, foundations, CSR arms, and high net-worth individuals. Convert leads into long-term donors through structured relationship management.

Develop a pipeline of prospects, drafts proposals and maintain a healthy donor funnel. Collaborate with the Organization Leader in the development and management of all strategic fundraising campaigns, manage the full donor sales cycle and meet annual fundraising targets. Prepare quarterly fundraising budgets and financial targets, track progress, and present reports to leadership.

Maintain accurate and complete records and files of assigned programs and campaigns and routinely review the status of each with the Organization Leader. Generate and analyze financial reports to identify cost-saving and in-kind opportunities to reduce event expenses. B. Donor Engagement & RetentionManage ongoing relationships with existing donors to ensure long-term engagement.

Coordinate donor field visits to Family Rooms and the RMHC Houses; curate personalized engagement touchpoints. Work with Operations to ensure compliance and timely reporting to donors, including grant updates, impact stories, and audit reports.

Create and maintain a donor stewardship plan with the goal of 100% donor retention year-on-year for at least three years. Develop and support marketing and communications materials including annual reports, donor decks, and digital content to showcase impact. Recruit and train volunteers to support fundraising efforts.

C. Innovation & Awareness BuildingConceptualize and execute new formats of donor engagement including small group dinners, corporate networking events, and annual galas. Manage strategic third-party partnerships to mobilize both monetary and in-kind support. Actively raise awareness about RMHC India's work through social media campaigns, storytelling, and collaboration with influencers and CSR leaders.

Develop and test creative campaigns to increase visibility and attract new donors. Collaborate with the Communications team to align messaging across platforms and campaigns.
