Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttar Pradesh, India for an Assistant at JAISWAL COMPUTERS AND INTERNET. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including inventory management, customer service, assisting with technical issues, and administrative tasks. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. The Assistant will play a key role in facilitating communication between different departments and handling various ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service and Administrative tasks
  • Strong Technical Skills in computer equipment and internet services

  • Organizational Skills and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant experience in the business supplies and equipment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field is an advantage
