Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant, located in Kanpur Nagar. The Account Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including maintaining petty cash, supporting credit control processes, and overseeing accounting records. The role also involves assisting with financial reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with team members to streamline financial operations. Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple financial tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
  • Experience managing Credit Control and Petty Cash operations
  • Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools; familiarity with spreadsheets
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or export-oriented company is a plu

**Minimum 2 year of experience
