We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our prefabricated building materials and construction company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry, a proven track record of driving business growth, and a deep understanding of prefabricated construction technologies, market trends, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement the company's long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals.
    • Identify and evaluate industry trends to position the company as a market leader.
    • Ensure sustainable growth through innovative product offerings and services.
  2. Operational Management
    • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
    • Monitor project execution to meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
    • Drive adoption of advanced prefabrication technologies and lean manufacturing practices.
  3. Business Development
    • Expand the company's market presence through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
    • Lead business diversification initiatives to capture emerging opportunities.
    • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  4. Financial Oversight
    • Set and achieve financial targets, including revenue growth and cost optimization.
    • Ensure effective capital allocation to maximize returns and achieve operational goals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Management, or related fields. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience in building materials, construction, or prefabricated solutions, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of prefabrication technologies, modular construction, and sustainable building practices.
  • Proven track record in scaling businesses, driving profitability, and managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience

20+ years in building materials, construction, or related industries
