We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive / Coordinator to support our operations and project management functions. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, process-oriented, and eager to contribute to the efficiency and performance of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with various cross-functional teams.
  • Support the Operations Manager in documentation, policy creation, and daily operations.
  • Follow up with internal teams for status updates on projects and ensure timely delivery of project collaterals.
  • Monitor daily business activities and coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Assist in developing performance incentives and operational improvements
  • Stay open to adopting new operational approaches that enhance business excellence
  • Track project timelines and maintain operational dashboards using project management tools

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand team needs
  • Strong hands-on experience with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in documentation and policy formulation.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and performance-driven
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Process-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel (Intermediate level preferred)
  • Familiarity with project/task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, )
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory
