With our strong manufacturing capabilities and compliance-driven approach, we are expanding our footprint across CIS, Africa, LATAM, Russia, and South Asia—and we're looking for experienced Country Managers to lead our growth in these markets.

Your Role:As a Country Manager, you will represent Naxcuure in your respective region—driving business development, ensuring regulatory success, and establishing a strong commercial presence. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute region-specific market entry and growth strategies

Build and manage a network of distributors, importers, and regulatory partners

Handle product registration and ensure compliance with local regulations

Represent the company at industry expos, medical trade shows, and forums

Monitor sales targets, competitor landscape, and market trends

Act as the key liaison between local partners and the headquarters in IndiaIdeal Candidate:8 years of experience in pharma/nutraceutical exports, international sales, or country-level operations

Strong understanding of regulatory environments in assigned region

Proven track record of driving growth and building successful partnerships

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Fluency in English; proficiency in local language is an added advantage

Self-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
