NNIIT, promoted by GSNA Education Private Limited, is an E-Learning platform focusing on students from 6th to 12th grade. Our platform offers 24/7 academic assistance, unlimited practice tests, remote learning, and one-on-one online tutoring. We strive to provide concept-based education, helping students apply their learning in real time. NNIIT continuously enhances its programs to meet the needs of aspiring students, aiming to fill the learning gaps in the current education system and support students in reaching their dreams.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a business development executive (freshers). The business development executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential clients, presenting our e-learning platform, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve business targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Counsel parents and students on K9–K12 learning programs via calls, virtual meetings, or in-person interactions.
  2. Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate learning solutions.
  3. Achieve weekly/monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
  4. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow-ups.
  5. Maintain lead status and communication history in CRM tools.
  6. Participate in sales campaigns and marketing events as required.
  7. Provide regular feedback to the product and marketing teams.
