About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic
HR Executive
with 1–3 years of experience in
Middle East and Indian recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR functions, including
vendor management, documentation, and agreement creation
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    for India and Middle East regions — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Process
    monthly payroll
    and handle statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and Taxation).
  • Maintain
    employee master data
    , attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and
    external vendors
    for HR services and manpower needs.
  • Prepare and maintain
    HR documents, offer letters, contracts, and service agreements
    .
  • Conduct
    background verification
    , induction, and confirmation processes.
  • Support in drafting and updating
    HR policies
    and compliance reports.
  • Manage
    employee engagement, performance tracking
    , and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in HR data and MIS reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll (India/Middle East).
  • Strong knowledge of
    vendor management
    ,
    documentation
    , and
    agreement preparation
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, HRMS/HRIS tools
    , and reporting.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processing.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
