Jira, Sonar, ArgoCD, Jira, Junit and similar automated testing

tool(s).

  • Experience with GenAI assisted development.
  • Assure quality to project artefacts especially on technical

architecture topics and artefacts. Support other aspects of quality

assurance with QA lead and respective stakeholders

  • Provide expert architectural and technical consultancy for BMP asset development and

rollout, ensuring alignment with Allianz application and technology standards.

  • Work together with technical leads and IT Architects, to technically lead the different Agile

teams and coordinating with their direct report the definition of IT Standards based on

global IT strategy, architecture framework and standards and technical integrity of

components.

  • Design effective solutions to meet business requirements, utilizing knowledge of BMP

platforms, including ACM processes, and adhering to Allianz standards.

  • Offer technical expertise and support to teams using key BMP technology tools such as

Java Microservices, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and Kafka, while staying updated with the

latest technology trends.

  • Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing BMP practices in projects and

conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards.

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders, including

product owners, scrum masters, and developers, facilitating communication and

collaboration to ensure project success.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance BMP

architecture and development practices, while mentoring and guiding team members to

foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Demonstrate proven experience in architectural design and consultancy within BMP

environments, with strong knowledge of BMP platforms, ACM processes


• 10-15 years of relevant experience in software development


• Minimum 3 years of experience as technical architect, expertise with lead application

development with internal team and vendor.


• Expertise in architecting solution for Non-Functional Requirements like security, performance,

availability and scalability
